Roll on the Easter holidays!
We are over the moon with our activities this half term! Both the dressage and show jumping events were very popular with lots of entries. The ponies were groomed within an inch of their lives and looked wonderful – all the riders made a fantastic effort. All that hard work paid off as we had lots of smiley faces and rosettes galore! We are now looking forward to the easter break – so watch this space for more information coming soon !

Gladys was a founding member of the Grimsby & Cleethorpes branch of the Riding For The Disabled Association (RDA) who have met at Weelsby for the past 25 years. Okay its not quite a shack we have! But it’s a great place to bring your horsey clothes that you dont wear anymore, or that your kids have grown out of. Also horse equipment, rugs, tack anything! Turn all that stuff that you have been hording in the garage or wardrobe into cash!

Volunteers at Weelsby Riding School’s Riding For The Disabled Association (RDA) are riding high in their 25th year. The team of 14 from Cleethorpes and Grimsby RDA provide a service on two mornings each week, Wednesday and Thursday, and now want to round up some more helpers. They walk on both sides of the rider for safety and help them enjoy the experience and learn to keep their balance on the horses.
